Tropical Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 cup mango
1 cup pinapple
3/4 cup vitamin C fortified apple juice concentrate
1 qt. low fat plain yogurt
Put all in the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy. Then make a second batch. Save for later, or make popcicles.
